The short version
We collect minimal data. When you enter the room, we store your public GitHub profile information and the one-liner you write. When you leave, we delete it. That's it.
What we collect
- GitHub profile info: Your username, display name, avatar URL, profile URL, and account creation date (via GitHub OAuth)
- Your one-liner: The text you write when entering the room
- Entry timestamp: When you entered the room
- Basic analytics: Page views via Vercel Analytics (anonymous, no personal data)
What we don't collect
- Your email address
- Cookies for tracking
- Personal browsing history
- Any data from your GitHub repositories
How long we keep it
Your profile data exists in the room only while you're in it. When you leave the room, your data is deleted immediately. Entry logs (for spam prevention) are retained for 30 days, then automatically purged.
Your rights
You control your data. Click "Leave Room" anytime to remove yourself and delete your profile from our database. No hoops to jump through.
Success stories
When you leave the room, you can optionally share where you landed. If you do, your first name and company appear on our success wall. This is voluntary and helps inspire others.
Third parties
We use GitHub for authentication, Supabase for our database, and Vercel for hosting and analytics. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
